Souls Harbor offers an outpatient addiction treatment clinic to Souls Harbor residents and the community of Northwest Arkansas. Our mission is to equip each patient to become self-sufficient, skilled for life, and empowered to make smart choices upon graduation. Our transitional community for men in recovery provides a pathway to self-sufficiency by offering grace, guidance and IOP (intensive outpatient services) for drug and alcohol relapse prevention.
Starting with an initial test-run in the fall of 2023, Souls Harbor now offers an intensive outpatient treatment program for both residents and the local community.
- 8-week program M-Th 2-5pm.
- Intermediary treatment approach that targets patients transitioning from inpatient to outpatient services.
- Works for patients requiring more than outpatient services, but circumstances do not favor hospitalization.
- IOP is similar to partial hospitalization programs (PHP) but differs in the number of hours spent with the therapist.
- IOP requires clients to receive at least three hours of therapy three to four days a week. OP outpatient services that focuses on drug and alcohol issues, family reparations and relapse prevention.
- The initial program will consist of a four-day, 12-hour, weekly therapy program lasting 12 weeks long and includes recovery counseling, group and individual therapy, Bible study, and life-skills training.
