Betty began her journey helping people professionally in 2005. At Souls Harbor Betty provides the residents with One-on-One Case Management, Program Development and Vocational Direction. In addition to her experience in counseling, program development and therapeutic modalities, Betty is also a certified Life Coach having provided many career minded professionals with clear, concise and focused coaching. A graduate of the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas Graduate School, Betty loves being able to play an integral role in coaching, mentoring and guiding the men who call Souls Harbor home. Prior to joining Souls Harbor, Betty lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates as an expatriate where she served the expatriate community be developing and managing a multi-location Day Care Center designed specifically for the expat community.
