A Special Update
From the president of the board
To our Souls Harbor Community, Family, and Friends,
This is Jim Zalenski, president of the board at Souls Harbor. I wanted to give you a brief update on a few important things happening within Souls Harbor.
Souls Harbor, a non-profit and transitional community for men in recovery located in Rogers, AR. would like to announce the resignation of executive director Charlene Fields. The board of Souls Harbor would like to thank Ms. Fields for her service and commitment to the Souls Harbor vision and community for the last few years.
At this time, the board of Souls Harbor will begin a search for a new executive director. We ask that you please continue to keep the Souls Harbor community in your prayers during this time of transition.
Also, please continue to pray for the men within Souls Harbor as 11 are continuing to recover from COVID-19. Additionally, most of our men are currently unemployed due to the economic impacts of the pandemic.
We would also like to announce that Souls Harbor has decided to transition our annual Gala fundraising event from an in-person event to an online celebration and fundraising event! We will be getting more information to you on the date and time of this special event very soon and we hope that you will join us in raising support to help fulfill our important mission: providing the men of Northwest Arkansas with a safe transitional community to empower them with self-sufficiency, guidance and grace.
Thank you for your prayers and support during this time.
